Was unaware that l would have to drain the condensation (into took four days to fill the drain pan). And it would be convenient if there was a built-in drain hose. Other than that issue, I'm happy with the unit performance.
Very marginal. I want to return it . Doesn't cool much and the hose to connect to windows doesn't connect very well.
This item arrived late and damaged. Walmart initiated a refund. FedEx sent me the package anyway, delayed. This is what I opened up: A brand new air conditioner with a screwed up electrical cord. It's a 50-pound piece of crap now!
Unit was making a loud rattling sound once I turned on. It's running and getting cold, so I let it run for a while but the sound never went away.
