Oh man, the temps this year for summer have been crazy. 100's with the heat index. With my ac not working right , its been just shy of 90 in here. Tried to swat it out the first 2 nights and then I had to do something. I needed a break from this heat and then trying to sleep was a nightmare. I was not sure what to get for relief. A window unit or a stand alone unit like this. I have had central air for 20 years and knew nothing about other ways to cool the house. Well I made the right choice. This unit keeps my room cool for me now so I can get some decent sleep again. Its minutes to install and its not noisy. To top it off it has a remote so I can control it from bed and not need to even get up to adjust, turn it on or off. If you are suffering and dont know what to do? Get one you will be glad you did.

I live in a home there is no central air or heating and for years we have endured the heat and let me say this I'm sooooo happy blessed I'm just so grateful for this purchase thank you

This AC works great with our oddly shaped window and was easy to set up. It hasn't raised our electric bill by much either this summer.

Wish it was a little quieter for the bedroom. Recommend a tall container to let hose drain in, as it fills up quickly. Only other issue was I had to trim the slide to fit my window. I also put a screen over the vent to prevent insects from coming in. I would suggest they provide a snap-in piece of screen. It works well and cools my room quickly!

The description was accurate. It came fast. When I called the customer service number about a question I had about the product. The number did not work. It kept saying this person is not taking call. I call at different times still received the same recording.o

I never received my ac unit after spending $230 on it. Then I tried getting a refund had to wait over a week for a response finally got someone to refund me the money said it would take up to 10 business days it's been way past that and still have not received my money back. Worst experience ever never again will I attempt to order from here.

Terrible customer service. Package was lost 1hr from our house and they didn't communicate with the shipping company well, I had to. went back and forth for almost 2 weeks. said they couldn't ship me a new one, no explanation of why. multiple reps gave me incorrect info which I know because I spoke with the shipping company multiple times. they kept assuring me it would be delivered that day, even after 2 weeks late and the tracking site indicated it was lost. all around s... show.

I bought the air conditioner yesterday and set it up. I left it upright for 24 hours. When I turned it on, it blew warm air for about 10 minutes. Then, I turned it off and saw smoke coming from the back of the unit. There was also a smell like burnt electrical parts. Because of these problems, I strongly advise against buying this air conditioner.
