I never received it. I order it weeks ago and it still said "delivery in progress" yesterday. the seller never responded to my messages. Delivery company never responded to my messages. Walmart came through with a refund after telling me twice to" wait another 48hrs"

The swing stays on for one minute and shuts off and won't stop shutting off. You have to continuously turn it on literally every 45-60 seconds. Pointless and I'm upset i spent so much money on something that doesn't work well

As nice as it looks on the website… But is very bad when it arrives!!! My order was missing a lot of parts and the parts they actually came was the wrong parts and sizes! The instructions came printed blurry and very unclear which is very difficult to assemble it. As well the control is supposed to have 5 rocking modes and should be Bluetooth… But the Bluetooth didn't work and all the modes will shake the same which is really strong for babies! Also please be aware that this item is really Unsafe for baby's as it's not balancing properly and can really endanger them! For your Safety and Convenience do NOT purchase this item!!!

box recived taped together and the contents inside the box are clearly used. the bolts and electrical component are in a ziplock bag and there are signs of ware all over the metal and plastic components. not at all what was advertised.
