We purchased this hoop for our neighbor boy as a thank you for helping us with yard work. He is 9 years old and specifically asked for one that was adjustable so that he could lower it for his 5 year old brother to be able to play with him. His parents said set up was easy, and also appreciate the fact that the base of the hoop is smaller than the oldschool hoops, so it takes up less room in the driveway.

Bought this basketball hoop for my kids and it has been such a hit! The kids have climbed up the backside of it and it doesn’t tip or sway at all. I really love the ability to move the basket up and down to different heights, allowing my 3, 5 and 8 year old to all play with it. The quality is great with a thick backboard and poles and everything arrived intact and un damaged from shipping. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

We bought this product and received another basketball hoop as a gift for same price. This product is superior in many ways. Strong pole, wide hoop, large base. Bounce pad is big but rotates often if not secured well. For kids under four feet, this is a great hoop.

Not same as the picture of the one I ordered. This one has a straight tube that does not adjust height easily---has to be taken apart and another tube inserted to make it higher. The one I ordered was supposed to have a simple mechanism (like a handle) that changed the height; I chose it so the kids could actually do it. The one that was delivered is cheap and much flimsier than expected---I chose one of higher quality but that is not what was delivered and unfortunately, I did not see it before it was put together---or I would have sent in back right away. Since my son already put it together for my grandchildren, it will be virtually impossible to return---so we are stuck with it now. This is probably the idea all along---by the time the customer realizes that this is not what was ordered, it is too late. I will not be ordering anything else through Walmart To substitute an inferior product different from what I ordered is NOT acceptable.

The rim on this goal does not have metal attachments for the net. The net is zip tied to the rim with these little red plastic ties. My kids broke it within an hour of setting it up. The net itself and the plastic red ties broke just by the ball going through the net when shooting. Spend a few dollars more and get a better quality goal. This one is a waste of money.
