Battery compartment is cheap.
Safe seems secure for children not to access. Keys unlock safe but the only way to unlock from digital numbers is to plug into wall. Plastic battery holder seems to be a issue. I have contacted the number on the paper that had arrived with it and they'd asked for information. When I'd asked more questions, no reply was sent back. It seems that this cheap plastic battery compartment is a common problem for this safe.
