Bought these to store my husband's clothes that he doesn't want to get rid of. I ordered 2, they were on clearance for $30. Ordered on a Saturday %26 they arrived on Sunday. Quality is sub-par, very flimsy aluminum rods %26 plastic tees but overall served the purpose. I thought I would need 2 but 1 worked. I'll keep the other one. Glad I only needed 1, the build was not easy because of the vague instructions, took me about an hour %26 wasn't looking forward to having to build the second one!

im missing parts I cant hang my clothes it's missing the 3 thick short pipes now what? send me the parts it has two extra short pipes which I cannot use

The assembly directions are very vague. There is no way to follow. There is a chance this will stay in box forever because it has at least 100 pieces and no directions on how to assemble

It took me forever to put this closet together, however, putting together the closet, I cut my finger because the pieces would not go into the place that they needed to go into. it was really hard putting it together then when I got it together and got my clothes hung on it started to fold in itself and started to come apart. Pieces were pulling and separating from each other.

Only reason I put 2 stars is because it is currently doing it's intended use, however 1. The assembly directions were very confusing 2. The assembly parts were not separated and were hard to match to the pictures on the instructions because the photos were so small (I have 20/20 vision) 3. The zipper is broken on the bottom and ripped out of the seam in the middle I would have returned it to get another one that doesn't have a ripped seam but the thought of assembling the item again made me angrier than the broken zipper

Cheap materials, difficult to assemble. The closet we received didn't look exactly like the one pictured. It is shorter and the cover is cheap polyester, practically see through. There is no way this could hold 165 lbs without collapsing. The sale price is too much for this poorly made item let alone $250 which it would never sell for. That was trick to fool buyers into thinking they were getting a top quality item for a bargain.

This is the most difficult assembly I have ever been challenged with. To many pieces, instructions are NOT clear at all. I had to put it down and walk away several times because it made me so mad trying to put it together. I do NOT recommend this product AT ALL! Cannot say one good thing about it. I hate it. Over a week and this is as far as I could get from the lack of instructions. I mean if you want a bunch of tiny pieces laying everywhere and a zillion poles, then sure get it. But if you need something to organize clothes with, not the choice I'd make again.

It came damaged, the measurements do not support the pictures, as I assembled the unit it bent more. I eventually gave up and returned it. the bottom is not enclosed like I thought, so I was disappointed by that. Quality was not what I was expecting at all.

I received this item and the box was ripped open and taped back together. II didn’t have to open the box. The items in the box were loose and open , not packaged or contained. Most of the items were missing, and the metal bars were bent. This item could not be assembled because of the missing and damaged parts. I do not recommend I will not purchase again.. looked like they sent me someone else’s return, just threw a label on it and re-shipped it. Shame on you seller.

The instructions are horrible you can barely see the pictures and they don't tell you the name of the pipes to use it's horrible just awful I'm so aggravated and disappointed with having to guess how to put this thang together DO NOT BUY THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!
