RIP OFF -DO NOT PURCHASE. EXT WARRANTY IS IGNORED
This product does not work. Despite buying a 2 year warranty and a promise from the seller to respond to inquiries within 48 hours, and despite sending a video I have gotten no satisfaction. This was a gift and I feel like you have stolen the purchase price from me. I thought Walmart would be a reputable seller, but was SORELY MISTAKEN. GARBAGE and terrible experience. Why did I buy a 2 year warranty? This machine leaves food stuck on one side of the dishes. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. As requested, I sent a video and inquired after no response. You stole from me.
