when they delivered the package ,lfound it on the ground all chewed up by my dogs so i never got to use it. could not take pictures because it was all chee up and all over the place

what crap the first patch i tried did not fit the contact points are to close together and would not fit all the other patches are fine (4) the remote has no indicator on it when i put it on my back U cannot see the mode it us in all the others i have owned had indicator on remote no instructions or phone number to call

I have been a Walmart plus member for almost a year. I have used that for every purchase virtually since last August. This is the first thing that I have received that was unusable. It was junque to the max. The instructions were a poor translation and no matter who tried to help me we never got it to work. I just hope the return works out as I've never had a return previously Don't spend your money on this

It comes with a remote, but you have to have the remote pointed right out the optical lens or doesn't work that's very difficult when it's behind your back or on your neck and it doesn't really feel too good. It feels like you're being stabbed at times if one of the sides comes just slightly unconnected it's very painful. I would recommend keeping this far away from children and animals. I'll never buy anything like this again definitely not worth the money in my opinion.

Product is cheap. Elastic side pealed off completely. Highly disappointed
