This item is just what i wanted. it produces steam that you can direct which in my case is nasal area for congestion. The ones with the masks attached do not put out much steam. Seriously satisfied!!

Effective, easy to work with, good form factor. Improvements suggested: Bigger capacity tank for about 7 uses so you do not need to refill for every use. Designed to handle tap water instead of bottled water and without the need of emptying it after rvery use. Another competitive brand has all the above features.

Steamer
I ordered two steamers and I didn't mean to so I'm going to be returning this one. I already have it approved to come to the store to turn it in for a refund. Never opened.

the water runs out quickly, and the steam is barely there. The machine gets so hot u can't touch it to add more water. You have to wait. I wouldn't recommend this product.
