Awesome little step machine. Very easy to use. The only thing that might make it better would be if there was a holder on it for the tools that are included.

I knew when I ordered this I wouldn't be able to last a long while on this because of my bad back and vertigo but I did a lot better than I thought by holding on to the stand

Great for workout, easy assembly but...IS REALLY NOISY!!!!!! No matter what grease you use for that equipment, is really noisy after 5 minutes of use.

The walking pad is not ever flat. The handles are inconvenient to hold onto. The iPad holder is great. The screen is good. But, I do have a problem with the handles. They are plastic and feel strange to hold onto. A younger person may be ok with it.

Nice and compact; easy to move around but the manual is HORRIBLE! I'm still trying to figure out how to use the "adjusting button". It would be helpful if the manufacturer/supplier would review the documents before packing!

I ordered the Mini Stepper at the beginning of the month expecting it to arrive last week. Unfortunately, it still hasn't shown up, and I've received no updates on the status of my order. I was excited to start incorporating this into my workouts, but the lack of communication and delays have been very disappointing. It's frustrating to wait this long without any clarity. I really hope it arrives soon, but this experience has made me hesitant to order from this seller again.

says delivered, but was not. UPS did deliver curtains - I was standing close by when that box was dropped off - but this item (separate box) was not delivered along with. Too bad, looked like I would have enjoyed. So I will be requesting a refund/or better: actual delivery of the item paid for.

Not even worth the clearance price. Broke after a couple weeks of use. The pulley wheel literally melted a hole through the mat that came with it and part of my wood flooring.
