I work in a busy restaurant. Full outside patio. I. Literally outside all day in the blazing heat. Wore the portable blameless neck fan to work yesterday while catering a wedding. Life saver. Only wish the charge lasted longer. Otherwise great product.

I love this portable neck fan. It is very convenient since it is battery operated and hangs around your neck. The arms of the device are flexible so you can angle it in different directions. It is not too loud even on the highest sitting. The three setting is a nice feature so you can get just the right amount of air you need without being a distraction. The best feature is that it is blade free so if you have long hair you don't have to worry about your hair getting caught in the fans. It is lightweight so it is not too heavy on your neck. It can be easily charged up with the cord provided in your house or car.

This came with its own USB cord that plugs into the side of the neck fan. After charging overnight, I wore it during hot weather. It has three speeds, but I just ran it on the 1st speed and that did a sufficient amount of cooling. I wore it for an hour and it still has battery left. The comfort level was initially fine, but after an hour it became a little uncomfortable. The noise level on low was ok. Carrying on a conversation on the high level might be challenging. Possible uses could be going for a walk on a hot day or waiting in line at an amusement park in the hot sun.

This devices is very high tech, perfect for the hot sunny days coming! I like pretty much everything about this fan. The design make you think they are headphones but they are actually cute fan to keep you cool while you do your activities outdoor or indoor. The air output is great and the fan is very adjustable. It's comfortable and the best part my hair never gets caught by this cute fan! The battery lasts about 2 hours on highest speed, but it recharges very quickly. I highly recommend for this summer.

What I love most is that this item is USB rechargeable. It sits perfectly on the neck for some air on really hot days. It's a decent size that can fit right in my beach bag when I'm heading out on them hot days. Having different speeds to choose from is super useful.

I wasn't sure how it would work - how the quality would be, noise level, air output, would it easily fit over my head, and ease of use. It seems like it's of good quality. The part that rests on your neck seems sturdy. The fan portion is a little iffy. The round plastic plates, that cover the fans, are only stabilized in the center. One drop and the edges could crack and break off. Also, one of these plates sticks out further than the other one and I can't figure out why. There is nothing really covering the fans but a couple of spokes under the above mentioned plastic plates. Long hair could easily get sucked into it and there would be no way of getting it back out again. There needs to be some kind of mesh cover to keep this from happening. The fan makes a whining sound on the two lower speeds, it goes away on the highest speed. It does put out a nice amount of air and is comfortable to wear - I can barely feel it on the nape of my neck (although I do feel an extremely slight vibration). It's a hot and humid day where I live and I'm wearing the fan right nonw. It is making me cooler.

If you seek an additional contraption to wear in the name of keeping cool .. This neck fan is for you. It's about the weight of a headset - not overly heavy not light enough that you'll forget you have it on. Easy to use as it charges via the included usb cord. Comes in a range of colors- this one is Navy Blue. Fan speed works and is sufficient enough - didn't expect a massive flow of air. Could see this being used in some type of outdoor setting - a festival - day at beach/pool - yard work . Noise level is pretty low.. considering it's pretty close to your neck — face area.

This fan is decently powerful and I like the fact it's nearly silent. My main issue with it is it's not the most comfortable thing around your neck. It's very stiff and hard and a bit heavy to be on my neck for any extended period. I plain on using this on hot days when I need to do yard work.

It should just have a little bit higher speed because it really doesn't cool you off

Beware, I ordered this twice and both times I received a stroller fan instead.
