Portable Portable Wheelchair Ramp for Home, Threshold Handicap Ramp 5'

Ordered this ramp for my uncle 4 days before New Years Eve, which is when he was coming over... not only did it get here earlier than expected but it was easy to open and put out! A little heavy but thats to be expected. No complaints here! My uncle was pleasantly surprised when he saw it and rolled right up it effortlessly! Didnt feel unsafe or like it was going to buckle. He was happy and felt safe on it and thats all I care about! Id also like to add that my uncle is a big guy, not obese but hes a little over six feet tall and weights about 240-250 not counting the weight of his chair bc hes paralyzed from the belly button down. Those chairs arent light weight. (Just to give a better idea, hope this helps someone!)

I was able to make quick ramp for wheel chair and to walk on also so didn't have use steps. I put support middle way to give more stableity

Bought it before I left rehab %26 was able to walk up stair when I got home. Never used it

Bought this ramp to get my disabled husband into the shower. We use a Hoyer lift and the ramp to get him over the 4" shower curb into his shower chair. We have a small bathroom and this ramp fits perfectly. It is sturdy enough to handle his 185 lb. weight plus the weight of the Hoyer lift. The ramp makes showers possible again for my husband. (The shower chair rotates to face the water once he is in it. I propped up short shelf planks on either side of the shower chair to keep the Hoyer lift wheels from falling down behind the shower curb.)

I placed it outside and even though the height of the porch is within specs, it is too steep. I did not receive any "legs" like represented in the picture. It is extremely slippery with morning dew. Would not recommend it if these are conditions you might have. For the money spent i was disappointed

Poor design flaws, obviously not well tested or made with collaboration of people with disabilities. 1) Handle is in the middle of the underside and sticks straight down when ramp is deployed keeping the ramp from laying flat with a 3 inch rise. This is exactly a 1 and 12 slope and it does not work. Handle should have been on the side and out of the way. BTW handle is riveted not bolted so pain to relocate. 2) Bottom edge where the wheelchair enters is about a half inch high. Duh. Not good for a wheelchair. Bottom edge needs same thin piece as top.

Trying to resale to get hitch hauler. My nanas motorized chair will not even try to go up it into my van. Works great if you need it in the house or on the porch. Folds up nice but no latch. You have to put a bungee or strap around it. Easy to pinch fingers.

This ramp has a hard handle not a soft one like the others I bought, and the company has not got back to me regarding this issue I left a call back number but nothing, with this type of handle it's not good for low thresholds like the one I wanted to use this on, so if Walmart can get the company to call me maybe they have one same length with the soft handle
