Portable Solar Panels, Kepeak 40W/18V Mini Solar Panel with USB Ports & DC Output

I was very impressed that the power box on the back of the panel has a pilot light, indicating that the panel is producing power. The power box has both USB-A and USB-C connectors, as well as a barrel plug, with a Barrel-Plug to Aligator Clips cable, and a Barrel Plug to OBD2 Cable. I would expect the OBD2 plug to send the power to the B terminal pin, and not the ACC terminal pin. Otherwise you would need your Ignition ON, for the panel to charege yur battery. On my dining table, my dinner chandelier drove the panel to 2.14 VDC out. But outside - on a very overcast afternoon, it generated 19.18 Volts, which is perfect for what I need.. I'm so glad that I bought 2 of these! I'll use them to charge a capacitor to power my RTK antennae, so I can move it past the 18 volt power cord reach, and I don't have to burry the cord. It's for my Ecovacs Goat 01000 mower. I will measure the mA draw and voltage with the Power cord and with this solar panel. "Billy" cannot see at night, so only needs RTK power in the daytime, in order to mow.

It seems to work well. It charged my phone ok, but the phone complained that it was a slow charge. The accessories appeared good.
