I really like it! You can program it to the setting you want to do! Wish the hose that drains the water was more secure. Worry about it coming out.. other than that I love it!

it came fast, perfect condition, im over 60 and it was easy to hook up and use, my 1st day using it and ive done several loads AND I LOVE IT!

So I've only had it a day, ran a few washes and at the moment the only 2 minor problems I'm having is 1. I see this with all washers I've watched on YouTube is, get the tape cause I have tightened this thing all types of ways and can't stop this little squirt of water coming off the faucet and it may be my faucet cause it's the same place it's squirting from and 2, I'm gonna need something else to keep the drain tube attached at the bottom. It did not come off at washing but I did keep checking it and had to push it back up. I keep trying to do that pinch thing, but can't get it to stay pushed up some on the hose so it can have a tight grip. I'm gonna try one of those little clamps you use on a car hose. Other than that I have no problems with anything else. It understood the job and did it.

my inly issue is how to tighten the cord onto the washer in order to drain the water my hiuse was flooded with water until i stuck the ither side if the hise onto it to stop it from going down to my neighbors apartment but she still complained and also the dryer is not worth it its a air dry but your clothes are still damp and have to hang then up around the house

brand new machine, 4th wash, it began to leak, from the hose on the bottom. the company couldn't replace or exchange and the company couldn't fix the problem so the money was refunded. unless you know washers, then fine. not the best washer. and it sucks because i wanted to exchange but no luck.

Walmart promised to refund portion of price paid to price match. Seller agreed to partial refund because sent to wrong address! NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS AND CALLS BUT THEY JUST SAY THEY ARE GOING TO REFUND AND NEVER DO!!! FILING A TRADE COMMISSION COMPLAINT. THIS IS FRAUD. SHADY. DON'T BUY ANY APPLIANCES FROM WALMART.

We got a defective washing machine everything was upside down the front has been damaged, the inside smelled like some was rotting in it, the worst of everthing as soon as it started draining the hose flew away and the whole floor was wet, I bought it because of the good reviews but honestly its not what they say it is. Dont buy this im trying to return it but have to contact the seller i wish walmart would have mention this i would never buy it.

The machine was delivered at the wrong address, the bottom unit of my apartment isn't my address. It was practically delivered at the end of curb. Also, Im on the second floor, just had a baby via c section, if the man delivering the machine can't bring it up himself, not much more I can do to bring it up. He could at least communicated he couldn't deliver it at my foor rather than leaving it at the end of the curb, could have probably came up with a solution....
