Works well for my needs. I have used the washer for 3 weeks now and still no problems so far. The washer's suction cups are very strong, and because I use this on my bathroom counter very close to sink, I have not used the hose when emptying or extracting water but I am sure it works. Blue lights shine into the washing area. I was wondering if it is supposed to be UV to help kill germs. If so, even better. The instructions sheet that came with it is pretty clear although I wish it was more elaborate and included tips like whether bleach or unstoppables beads can be used without any damaging effects. I wish the extracting basket was larger so that multiple bath towels could be washed and extracted at the same time. The washer does good job on face cloths, and multiple hand towels --depending on size and thickness. I am 5'2" and XL and I was able to wash 3 bras, 6 under pants, 2 pairs of tights, and 3 camisoles in a single wash. The bowl/basket spinner will hold several small light items (head bands, hosiery, delicate camisoles)and will spin the items in basket extracting water during 3 minute cycle until the items are damp-dry -- you still need to hang the items inside or outside or toss them in a dryer to completely dry them. The next load I washed included a light-weight track suit (pants and jacket), several pairs of socks, footies, yoga pants and tank tops without any problems. This is great to use for small loads when you don't want to use your regular washer, or if regular washer needs repair. I would highly recommend this for baby clothes, cloth diapers, and crib accessories

great for little items. like a pair of socks. maybe a tank top but thats pushing it. it didnt fit my needs but was of good quality i just needed something bigger

i was hesitant to buy this because i didn't know if it would meet my needs, and it somewhat doesn't. i live in a hotel, and for convenience, it's a great little load washer. of course, you can't wash much. However, you can wash enough. beats hand wash stuff. spin cycle sucks i spun it about 4 times, and it was still damp. I had to wring the clothes. That part i really didn't want to do, but i knew it due to other reviews. The only dowfall i would have to say is the drain cord UGH, which is a hassle. as soon as you put water in, it's coming right on out. i legit had to rubberband some plastic over it to have water control. that's a pain in the rear cause i had to put it on and remove it throughout the wash. Yet I'm still okay with it cause again my clothes are laundry clean and i don't have to wash them in the sink or bathtub where they dont get that true clean like any machine.

I knew this was for small items. Just keep that in mind. It washes clothing pretty well. The spinner is just about unless though. Don't expect the spinner to dry anything. Best for bras and underwear. If you put too much in it, it will shake. Does what I expected it would do so I'm happy.

stopped agitating after only 1 month of use. it made a whining noise and stopped spinning while washing. the spin dry basket kept throwing out the clothes and tbe socks got stuck under the basket. i spin dried without the basket and the clothes were just thrown all around causing the washer to stop and turn off

I was super excited about it still am, but she leaky. I noticed last night when I used it for the first time. and confirmed today when I was using it as my counter was soaked. Didn't come with an actual manual to refer to but I am gonna try and figure out how to get a replacement or troubleshoot but ideally replacement

It's a useless product. But a washing machine instead. This does wash anything. It's just nonsense. I could not return cos the carton got damaged. I had to give it out.

worked for 5 minutes and then shut off and stopped working

No directions on how to fill. Water kept draining out. Had to research on line what was wrong.
