This slant board is exactly what i hoped it would be. Sturdy durable construction. Large surface to stand on and adjustable for angle. wow! Can't believe how great it feels. And the price seems very fair in today's market.

I used an item like this while participating in physical therapy at the PT location. This particular item is just like the one PT has. I like stretching my calves on it. Seems to help prevent leg cramps at night.

After getting two steroid injections in my right knee, I decided to try to do exercises to strengthen it. Have been seeing exercises on Facebook to do just that, and a slant board was suggested. I like this one because you can adjust the degree of the slant to make your knees stronger and get off medication!!!

The product is well made. It’s very sturdy exactly what we’re looking for. It is made of high-quality and won’t be very useful before my wife’s rehab on her calf and feet.

Are use a product at the gym that is similar to this. I saw this line at Walmart ordered it. It came quickly. It's built very well. It has a no skid top to it. I can adjust it to any height. I want to give my calves a stretch. You can fold it up and set it aside. I just leave mine out and use it every day very reasonably priced.

my husband is about 290 and can stand on it and do squats and other things and it hold up.

This thing is just what I was looking for as I was rehabbing an Achilles injury. Compact, sturdy and easy to move around.

After (1) week of use, the board snapped at its hinges. I was exercising a calf and ankle stretch workout. I placed the board at my desired angle. I carefully placed my feet on the incline board. NOTE: I weigh 230lbs. Once my feet were firmly planted, the hinged snapped.
