I purchased this pet barrier for my daughter who is a new driver and takes her dog to the park to walk every day. This barrier was very easy to set up and does exactly what I bought it for, keeps the dog (a husky/shepherd mix) in the very back where she belongs. No distracted driving! Worth every penny to make sure my daughter is driving safely and the bonus is that it wasn't expensive at all. I highly recommend this barrier to anyone needing one. I think it would fit in just about any type of vehicle since it is very adjustable. Ours is a Toyota Matrix.
Works perfect in my Nissan Rogue!
Does everthing the more expensive ones do!
Great product for a great price!
Fits in my Infiniti QX50. I also bought the universal cargo mat from Sam’s. I’m all set to drive my Springer and Dalmatian around without worrying they will climb over the seats. Both for a great price!
Haven't even installed it yet only put it together and I love it already . Didn't realize I could adjust the distance between two vertical center poles . Genius who designed my 2015 RAV 4 decided rear seatbelt should come out of ceiling . Hence the big hump coming out of ceiling on left side . Can shift vertical pole over to accommodate this and still have access to seatbelt . Also happy I can adjust distance between the horizontal bars as well . My rear seats have high backs so I will put horizontal bars very close together which will surely keep my two small dogs in the rear . Exact same product , same brand sells for over $60 at pet stores . So happy I checked here . Custom pet barrier for my vehicle runs $180 . So happy this barrier is way more adjustable than I first thought !!!
No surprises with this product. It fit in the back of my 2014 Honda CRV although the roof is uneven.
This product looks great and is easy to install. I have a fairly large dog (German Shepard) who found it very easy to knock this thing down rather quickly. As others have stated if you use a couple of bungee cords to secure it to the headrest it will stay in place, otherwise be prepared to say hello to your best friend when he climbs into your front seat while you're driving.
This item would probable work better for people with small dogs. I have a 37 lb Australian Shepherd and installed this in my Subaru Forester. He's able to nudge the legs and sides out of place and knock the whole thing over.
Pet could push right thru the sides as the side positioning does not lock in place and is flimsy. Top and bottom fit great but functionally not ideal. Disappointing..
