Parts missing and heavy to carry
This dog crate arrived with no plastic bag. The support poles were big and heavy and hard to put in place and take apart. It was not all that portable. It had straps missing and looked like it had been used. I think they just shipped me someone else's return. I took it back to Walmart and had the biggest hassle of my life trying to get my money back. Fedex tore off the return label for some reason. Walmart couldn't print out another one because of their computer system. It took two calls to customer service and three trips to Walmart to get a refund. Never take an online order back to the store.
