I love that you can change the blade without the use of wrenches and bolts, it's so much easier. I also like that the speed is variable and the motor allows for fast work. It comes with a handy bag to keep items in and I also like that parts from multiple brands are compatible to fit.

This is a multi cutting tool/saw. You can cut just about anything with it. Things like metal and wood could be cut with this. One of its uses is to cut around door jams when sawing laminate flooring. It comes with a cut guide which allows you to accurately cut along the marked cut line which is a nice feature. It also has a depth guide which is used so that you don't over cut things. It is adjustable. This can be used to cut ceiling tiles, pvc pipe etc. It came with a bag, also two wood blades and several sanding discs. You get wood blade and a metal/wood blade or multi blade. It come with an attachment that you can put the sanding discs on. It is also handy for sanding projects such as sanding furniture. It has a took free accessory clamp which is built into the tool itself. It allows you to change accessories without a tool. It also has an adjustable depth and cut block that allows u to cut at specific depths and along the marked cut line. It is two in one feature. This is a great took with many uses and is of high quality.

Great tool kit! I was worried because my husband can be a bit clumsy sometimes He loves it. There are so many various functions it replaces many tools. Sanding Blade is our favorite.

This is one of the tools I thought I did not need, until I needed it! I was patching some hardwood flooring and trying to figure out how I could delicately trim and remove individual boards without damaging any more flooring than necessary. This tool got the job done.

This is one great tool! I've used it for one project where I needed to sand into corners. Worked great! I've also use it for cutting baseboard that was nailed in place. Very easy to operate, and I like that you can vary the angle of the saw blade, and that you don't need a special tool to change blades.

This is a good tool and has performed as expected. I have used it to cut away some wood trim a couple of times and has done it with ease and I was able to control it without any problems. A couple of the cuts were difficult but the Porter handled it just fine. It is versatile and fairly quiet without much vibration. It is easy to make changes and the unit is fairly light at under four pounds. One problem I did have and that is it can overheat a bit, so I had to keep an eye on it for that reason. The cord is eight feet long which I think is just about right so an extension cord will be unnecessary. But for just occasional odd jobs around the house or the garage, it will do just fine and you will be satisfied with it. I know I am!

I got this for the hubby because it's pretty much the only power tool he doesn't already have, lol. He will be using it to build a couple new shelves around the house. It can cut wood and metal, as well as sand right into corners. He said it's powerful enough for his tasks around the house he'll need it for. It's pretty much a niche tool, not an everyday or every project tool. But he is very happy to have one on hand. His only complaint is that it is corded and he does not like power tools with cords, he prefers battery power to avoid potential accidents with electricity by accidents cutting through the cord. He has not used it for a project yet, but he tested the power and says it feels good.

No tools required to add accessories and just about any manufacturers accessory work. Lots of accessories . Used continuously for an hour stripping paint and never got hot. Cuts very well too.

This clearly a RECONDITIONED tool !! It doesn't say that on the description but it has a number burned into the case, and the head where you rest the tool on the floor while cutting, has clear wear marks. The rest of it is in very good reconditioned shape and you almost can't tell, but I want to know what I am buying. I don't think the website description is honest.
