Portside 3Pc Plantation Rocking Set - Amber

Purchased for a friend. I have shopped at Hayneedle in the past and never disappointed. This set is perfect for his patio. I was concerned because he is a large man. The rockers are nice and wide and very comfortable. Perfect height. He loves it. The table is also a nice size, a real bonus.

This set of chairs and table is beautiful!! The amber color is more of a wood tone but just love it!! Very comfortable and look great on the front porch! Assembly was easy with tools and instructions included. Look forward to shopping again with hayneedle!!

Took all of 15 minutes to assemble the table and chairs. Very sturdy and comfortable rockers. They look perfect on the porch!!

Nice looking set at good price point. I dropped it to 4 stars because we were shipped the wrong color table, the wicker was unwinding on one of the arms, and assembly was challenging due to a defective screw that we eventually filed down. But customer service was amazing—they shipped a new arm and the correct table right away.

These chairs are quality made, easy to put together and comfortable without the chair cushion. I gave these only 4 stars because we both felt the chair cushions are to high for these chairs. I'm 5'4"" and he is 5'10"" and with the cushions in the chair our arms did not reach the arm rests. Removing the cushions the chair was more comfortable. A cushion half the height would have been better.

Very pretty set. Had very easy to read directions which made it simple to assemble. Started to unweave in two places on both chairs when putting it together. 2 of the wholes on arms of chairs were to big so when using the screws given the wouldn't hold. Had to use washers for support of screw.

These chairs arrived well in advance of predicted delivery date and were relatively easy to assemble. The weaving on the back of one chair was unraveling and, as it was not in a noticeable spot, I managed to secure the resin weaving with the help of a friend. They are very comfortable but would have expected better quality for the price

Disappointed by the number of loose wicker pieces. Hope it holds up.

The order arrived with 2 rocking chairs in the color ""honey"", but we had ordered the color ""amber"" (much lighter). The small table arrived in the color ""amber"" and when the three pieces sit together - the colors clash. There was also some unraveling of wood on the rockers, but we glued them down. While it is a nice 3 piece set, we have to wonder if someone sent whatever parts were on hand without checking beforehand or realizing that this is a matched 3 piece set.

This is a very difficult product to assemble. It took 2 quite strong men to put the chairs together. Once assembled, they were comfortable and satisfactory. However, the table was damaged but the box was in good shape, thus it occurred at the factory or plant. Customer service telephone line was never answered and I made a digital (email) complaint to return.
