Positively Tea's Organic Assam TGFOP, Black Tea, Loose Leaf, 4 Ounce Bag

This is possibly my absolute favorite. It's just right. Smooth with a hint of sweetness and pretty complex. I'd say this is on the bolder side, but still light enough to be had anytime of day. It's 100% better than whatever you're getting at the grocery store, trust me. I get some hints of vanilla on the nose when it's still in the bag, and overall I notice some fresh floral notes. Those notes also come through in the cup. The dark amber color is really pleasing also. This is my everyday go to. Perfect with a splash of milk and some sugar. Frankly, it doesn't matter if it's hot or cold, it's great either way. If you find that you like this, they also sell a Golden Monkey tea. It's kind of a similar profile, but bolder and more intense.

I'm new to black tea, not an expert, but it taste pretty good for me. I like the taste better when wet it 2~3 minutes in warm water (~65°C?) before dipping into boiling water for another 1. 5~2 minutes. Taste more "fresh" to me.

I like trying different types of organic coffee and tea offered by FRC. Some taste better to me than the other and I reorder them as needed without paying too much attention to the description – after all, it is the same product that I purchased before, or at least I thought so. I was wrong… I am not sure if “Warning CA Prop 65” was already a part of the Assam tea description prior to my placing the order this time but it was absent when I purchased it before. I prefer to be informed about potential “exposure to chemicals that can cause cancer, birth defects, or reproductive harm. ” This is the main reason to using organic food and drinks. I believe that FRC is paying significant attention to the quality of their products. The pricing is also reasonable. Unfortunately, the product information and marketing are simply inadequate.
