Positively Tea's Organic Irish Breakfast Black Tea, Loose Leaf, 1 Pound Bag

This is my favorite variety so far, and they've all been excellent! I like being able to have the control over the strength of the brew by adjusting the amount I use, and the aroma is very fresh and uplifting. Using the loose teas in diffusers instead of sachets with questionable chemicals makes my cuppa worry free and even more enjoyable! LOVE this tea!

I love the tea! Nice and strong; good black tea taste...a good value for the money and since it's loose-leaf you can make it as strong as you want. It would be the perfect product if it was packaged in a more eco friendly way...in paper rather than plastic.

I've been drinking this Organic Irish Breakfast tea daily for over a year. I order it regularly from Fresh Roasted Coffee. It is a flavorful, strong, black, malty tea without bitterness if you steep it 4 minutes as I do. I highly recommend it if you like black tea. It's also reasonably priced when you buy it a pound at a time, and the freshness packs seal well to keep the product fresh. I transfer it to an airtight canister when I open the bag. I enjoy the convenience of ordering online.

This tea has brewed watery more times than it has brewed a nice cup of tea. Each brew is for 4 min. Anymore and it gets bitter. Not sure what is happening. I haven't had this problem before with this brand but recently found a different loose leaf organic brand and this is making me want to stick with the new brand.

The quality of this tea seems really good, but for me, slightly bitter aftertaste with this tea. Probably ideally meant to be enjoyed with some sugar and a splash of milk? Which I don't use in my tea. So I might try the English tea next time. Not a knock on the company, which I have been impressed by, but rather just this particular tea was not my favorite in all honesty. Can't win them all. I might try a shorter steep time or lower temp, we'll see.
