I enjoy the crunch. The taste I s good tooj
This is very healthy cereals to get your day started. It's also low in sugar It can also make a great cookie, love them with some ice cream. Most importantly this cereals is best for me because of my health. It can also be a great mid day snack, at work during or between lunch or before dinner. Remember they are made with whole-grain, wheat flour, malted barley flour, these are foods that is great for the body. Pick up some today.
I went on the search for them with my daughter. There was only one box left. Waiting for me. My daughter said "what the heck is that? That's for old people" so funny. You don't know how great it is. I happily bought the box. I proceeded to give her some history. Said serve it warm, with blueberries and a dash of sugar. Not sure she'll ever have it but she'll think of me when she sees it.
This cereal is an old favorite and I've tried it hot, usually cold, love it with maple syrup....I like eating it while it's still crunchy but then when I have to step away for a few, enjoy it soft too. The only thing that hangs me up sometimes is the price at different stores. But it's worth it, right?!!!
I have been eating grape nuts since I was a small child. I love this cereal because it's a healthy alternative to traditional cereals that are loaded with sugar. I eat a big bowl about 3 times a day. If someone has a celiac problem it wouldn't be wise to eat this kind as it contains barley. I do plan to continue eating this as it is my favorite overall.
I eat it for breakfast. This cereal is very filling and keeps you full longer. It has a taste like no other cereal. It also has fiber which I need . The only thing I don't care for about this cereal is that it has a good amount of sodium. I'm supposed to watch my sodium intake due to it causes swelling that the doctor would not recommend for myself.
My daughter and I will eat Grape-Nuts in a blow with milk, added to our morning oat meal and we have used and to bake with. One of my favorites is to add them to blueberries with a little honey and corn starch to make a healthy alternative to blueberry pie. I have also done the same thing with strawberries and peaches.
I eat this for breakfast for a healthy amount of fiber to start my day. I think it tastes good. It's a decent price. I don't know how much else I could say about it. Just that I know it's something good for me and I try to incorporate that into my diet. I think if you're looking for something healthy and full of fiber this is a great way to go. Would recommend.
I love Grape-Nuts but I have to be careful with the amount that I eat. If I eat too much it tends to make me a little gassy. If I narrow down how much I eat to about a bowl or two a week I seem to be okay. My favorite way to eat Grape-Nuts is with milk and a little bit of sugar. They are delicious that way! I love the health benefits as well, I would encourage you to eat them, just not to much at once.
I have been eating Grape Nuts for approximately 40 years. I even remember they where even made by Post. I have a good memory. I don't even know when they were bought out by another company. I can can say that the recipe is still the same after all these years.
