I enjoy the crunch. The taste I s good tooj
This cereal is an old favorite and I've tried it hot, usually cold, love it with maple syrup....I like eating it while it's still crunchy but then when I have to step away for a few, enjoy it soft too. The only thing that hangs me up sometimes is the price at different stores. But it's worth it, right?!!!
Great memories growing up with Grape-Nuts cereal. It's crunchy, hearty and healthy. I love adding raisins and some vanilla plant milk to the cereal for some added sweetness. These are also great on yogurt for an easy crunch or granola replacement. Make a great muffin as well. This is probably the only cereal I know that doesn't get soggy after 5 minutes. It's keeps it's crunch for a long time. A dash of cinnamon, fresh fruit, swirl of maple syrup or even dried cranberries can add variations to this versatile cereal. We've been eating this in my house for as long as I can remember. Delicious and nutritious!
I think Grape Nuts are a good healthy cereal choice. They're not full of added sugar like most cereal choices these days. And they have a good fiber content. I like topping them with fresh fruit like bananas, blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries. I do need to let them soak in the milk for a few minutes before eating them though or they're too hard for me.
Grape Nuts is a staple in our breakfast lineup. I use it as is with milk in morning and I mix it in with other cereals because it has that crunch I like and adds a good quality cereal to other breakfast products. It keeps it's crunch until the last bite. It's also good when mixed in with yogurt and other desserts...even in cookies. I do recommend this cereal.
I eat it for breakfast. This cereal is very filling and keeps you full longer. It has a taste like no other cereal. It also has fiber which I need . The only thing I don't care for about this cereal is that it has a good amount of sodium. I'm supposed to watch my sodium intake due to it causes swelling that the doctor would not recommend for myself.
Grape nuts are great. They tast good and have lots of fiber. Grape nuts are also very good for using in many different recipes. One of my favorites is the muffins made with this product. Grape nuts have been around for a very long long time and have a very good track record for being a well balanced breakfast. Yes I will definitely buy this product again
This cereal has a lot of nutrients and vitamins plus a small bowl fills me up! Overall you can use this on yogurt and on ice cream. There are several different ways to give your food some added crunch and it's super healthy! I've been eating it for years now! Mix it with honey and it is a great treat!!
Call me weird but I love grape nuts. When I was a kid we didn't really get the sugary cereals very much but we did always have grape nuts so I just like them. Now that I'm an adult and my liver can't really take 13 teaspoons of sugar in one setting grape nuts is still my go too because its only 1 of 2 cereals that has zero sugar. I put some honey and fruit on it. After I put the milk in I wait a minute or two as to not break a tooth, because I actually really like the texture of soggy grape nuts. I also will throw some on top of oatmeal for a little crunch.
I have bought "Grape Nuts" for many, many years. My husband enjoys it as well. It is a great product, very tasty and it pairs well with other cereals like Muesli or even corn flakes or rice flakes. I also like to sprinkle it on ice cream or a sumptuous banana split or big sundae. Mixing it with Greek yogurt is another must try. It is worth buying!!
