It was first time I tried this brand for BCAA and I must say I was very surprised. the price is just amazing, 17euro for 30 servings! flavor Fruit Punch is nice,sweet ,love to drink it when it's really chilled. it's easily soluble,high quality amino acid. I drink one serving every day,even if I don't train,but you can consume it during the workout,before or after,it doesn't matter,the benefits are there anyway :)

tastes good, quality amino profile is pretty typical size Leucine and some other common aminos. pretty standard amino ingredient supplement for recovery and endurance

not sure if it really helps with recovery but taste is alright, can be a little sweet so make sure to add more water if you want it to be less sweet.
