so far so good no more leg cramps
I have or had leg cramps and this helped in one night to get rid of them. I did take one extra pill than recommended my first time and then started the recommended dosing. So far so good.

You have to drink ALOT of water with this medication in order to stay hydrated! The value wasn't amazing but it did proof to be of great quality!
