I was looking for magnesium and found this great combination of essential nutrients that nicely supplements the typical multivitamin. You can even take less than daily suggestions (1 instead of 2 or 2-3x week instead of daily) and feel confident your body is getting the extra important nutrients that are sorely lacking in our food supply these days.…and in gummy form! Who doesn't love gummies? Makes conscious health choices more of a treat than a ho-hum responsibility!
Interesting that they put potassium with the magnesium, but I need to take potassium anyway so I thought this was a great duo for me. The flavor is delicious although they're a little firmer than most Gummies but still delicious. I take Physical Therapy and I'm feeling stronger since I've been taking the supplement. I recommend them to anyone..
Well worth its value. Quality protein for. Breakfast with eggs, lunch as Cheesesteak sandwich (mushrooms %26 onions) or dinner as entree with veggie and potato. Versatile and satisfying.
Check the actual mg you are needed to consume. You may need to consume more of this than the serving size. These gummies stick together and are not easily shaken loose, which does not bother me. 10mg of zinc is a plus.
These are all the vitamins I usually take all rolled into one gummy. I usually buy them separately and spend a small fortune doing so. This is much better and a lot cheaper.
I absolutely love these gummies, they taste really good and are full of vitamins every women needs. speaking from a woman's point of view in 2024 I was very ill and lacted all the nutrients and vitamins listed in these gummies. pills can be a hard task when you have to take so many every single day I'm blessed to have found these gummies now I can get everything I need from one source. just two gummies a day will provide the essentials I need. I'm so happy and did I say how good the taste I will definitely buy again and would recommend.
I've had frequent issues with foot and leg cramping over the last 5 or so years, take a potassium supplement, and a 1-a-day, and began recently keeping Gatorade, all of this seems to help, recently got these gummies, they taste great, treat myself to one of them each day, and I think that they do help.
I needed a potassium supplement. This also includes magnesium. Warning - they're kind of delicious Also. Don't exceed recommended dose. It helped with my leg swelling.
Got these so I could take one supplement instead of two.. Unfortunately the magnesium in them is just not strong enough. Did not help my restless legs or sleeping at all. I will go back to taking two supplements because this one just doesn't do it. At least they taste good though.
the company that delivers for walmart is horrible. instead of trying to find you address they just return the item. I have talked with customer service about this problem but it continues.
