Product was delivered right on time and was exactly as pictured. We are missing a couple of parts but none that make the furniture unusable.

Did not know the seats do not connect, but still looks great on my porch. Came in 3 boxes not 2

We purchased this outdoor furniture for our pool area, so it will mainly be used during the summer and early fall. For seasonal use, it's been a great value and fits our family's needs well. The only improvement I'd like to see is a way to secure the individual sections together. They can shift around fairly easily, especially when people are getting up and down. Overall, it's comfortable, looks nice, and is definitely worth the money for the amount of use our family gets out of it. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable outdoor seating set for seasonal enjoyment.

Be aware that the seller will never respond to a message if you miss an item, if it comes broken, or if you need to return it. Mine arrived in good condition, except the glass table arrived broken. It was crapy FEDEX responsability, probably, but the seller never answered my message asking for a replacement.

Hey guys I need your help with this product, I bought a set of 7 pieces and you only sent me two boxes with 2 chairs on each box. I need this to be fixed right away because I already pay for that. Thank you

I put the set on a a wood deck and it slides everywhere when someone goes to sit down. The material is so slippery that the back pillows constantly slide down. I tied the pillow together but the ln they all slide as one big pillow. The base slides out as well. I can feel the edge of each chair due to the cushions not thick enough. When we put it together and, even now pieces of the plastic (base)are always found here and there scattered on the deck. And after it rained briefly one time, it stained the material.Trying to get my money back.

The order came in two separate order. The first two set of cushions was the wrong color cushions. The last delivery had two broken or defective chair. I reached out for a return or refund which was declined by seller. I have reached out several times, and send over pics. I’m still waiting on a replacement after 2 weeks. Don’t order from this seller.

Item is not of good quality ….deliverery did not follow detailed instructions…..want to return for full refund
