Powell Color Story 24" Counter Stool, Multiple Colors

These counter size stools are perfectly sized and if red is your color, like it is mine, you will love them. They are very sturdy as well, and the quality is top notch. Easy to put together, and a perfect fit for what I needed. Shipping was practically overnight!!

Wanted a change in my kitchen under the counter. I got three red saddle stools and it opened up my kitchen and looks bigger. These stools are sturdy and adorable . Not as red as the pic but I was happy with the color. Good buy and cheaper than other stores.

The red counter stools are a hit. After spending 20 minutes putting the first one together, I was able to do the remaining 3 in 30 minutes. Delivery quick, no cost, packaging great, all parts included, instructions simple. We looked at stools in person, twice the cost not half as nice!

Love my little red stool! Very sturdy and perfect size to sit at my easel while painting. The price was perfect and it shipped fast. I may by another very soon! Love it!

Perfect for our counter-height bar. Fit perfectly under and out of the way. Assembly was easy, but we did think they would have been bright white as shown in pictures. Overall pleased.

This is a nice size for the end of our island. It is really well made but one of the bars on the legs came off so we will have to glue it.

I opted for two of these much more expensive saddle bar stools because they best fit my kitchen color scheme. (They were nearly $60 each as opposed to the $25 black or brown finishes). Within a few weeks the finish on the edges has begun to come off, showing the white primer underneath. Seriously? Did I pay all that extra cash for red , just to have it wear off? I am not into the distressed or antique look and hope I can find a good paint match and add a half dozen coats of varnish to preserve the color. Construction itself was fine, though be sure and really tighten the bolts down before popping in the covers. So bummed about the paint I wish I 'd bought a cheaper color and just painted it red.

One cannot be put together bc the holes are not large enough for the bolts. Instead of leaving the packages at my apartment, FedEx left them at the main office & I found them on the porch at 9p after I got home & noticed that they weren't at my place.

Sadly, we are very disappointed! We have Powell counter stools that we ordered a few years ago that are white. When we saw these advertised as pure white, we assumed the would be the same. Unfortunately the new counter stools are a yellow-white and do not match our existing counter stools. We ordered 4 and plan to return them. I'm sure we'll be annoyed by that process and the cost of returning, but the whole point of ordering them was to have them match our other Powell stools and our white kitchen.
