Tire center does not remove wheels from trailer
Ratings for the tires is a 5 based on the previous set Ratings for the service staff is a 4 (2 of the employees were great, 2 where ok) Ratings for the Walmart app not telling me that I need to remove the wheels from the trailer as they do not remove wheels from trailers for installation is a 0! I have not moved my trailer since installation, but I had Towmax Tires in the past and they performed well on my boat trailer. We generally tow the trailer about 1000 miles per year and the tire lasted 10 years. The back two wore on the insides and were replaced due to not rotating and weather cracking due to age. Installation is another issue. My Walmart will not remove the wheels from the trailer. I showed up for my appointment to find out I needed to only bring the wheels as they do not remove wheels from the trailer. Added a second day to my installation process as I needed to return home to remove the wheels. Most people would not have the means to put their trailers on blocks and would be a deal breaker. The service guys were great on Day 2. Just an incredible inconvenience. Knowing this would have had me purchase trailer tires elsewhere. I am PUZZLED as to why this information was not available when purchasing trailer tires and scheduling the appointment.
