Great quality for the price! Would definitely recommend.

As far as I can tell, it is a good quality product and is very comfortable. My only complaint is that Fedex just sat it on my walkway and left. I had to wait for my son to get home to get it into the house. (I am not allowed to lift much)

I got this for my 33 year brother who is autistic and wheelchair dependent. the controller was broke when we got it. My son gave me one. I was having shoulder surgery that week so I never bothered to call about it. Its been a great chair. I was checking it out because my mom needs one. But you all have RAISED the price! I paid $359 last fall. You advertise it being on clearance .

I got this for my sister and she said it was really comfortable and seems like a nice chair but we need to return it as the foot rest was too short her feet were hanging over and she needs because of swelling of her feet she needs to have it on the foot rest it has been really hard to get a hold of the company to send a return label,

The wireing is getting stcuk in the rotation of the chair

I was sent a message stating that it would be delivered on a particular day. I left work early so that I could be home when it arrived. It did not arrive until two days later. There was no way for me to contact someone when you go on the website it just kept saying that it was on the delivery truck, but it did get delivered two days after the very first email was sent stating that it would be delivered on Friday, but it did not get delivered until Sunday when it was delivered, the box was ripped up in bad condition, and I have pictures to prove that once my husband did assemble it, the chair would not recline from the pull tab that's on the side of the chair. I have been trying to reach out to someone to try to find out how can I return the chair because the box was already ripped when we received it and once my husband put it together the next day, he tried to recline it and it would not recline.

THE RECLINING MECHANISM IS STUCK, IT WILL NOT OPEN TO INCLINE; PLUS IT'S NOT AS COMFORTABLE, IS SITS LOW FOR MY TALL HUSBAND. I SENT THE VENDOR TO ACCEPT MY RETURN, BUT HE WANTS ME TO SEND A VIDEO TO SHOW WHAT RECLINER CANNOT DO. I TOOK A VIDEO BUT HAVING TROUBLE SENDING IT, I HAVE AN OLD COMPUTER AND HAS ISSUES IN THAT PERFORMANCE. I'LL WILL BE OK WITH US TO SEND SOMEBODY THAT CAN TAKE A LOOK SO THE VENDOR/SELLER CAN BELIEVE MY DILEMA.

It did not look that small. It looks bigger in the picture. Much bigger, it's supposed to be an oversized recliner, and it's a small recliner.
