Not very comfortable. Needs more padding in the seat.

The chair looks nice. However, the chair is extremely uncomfortable and small. The specs are woefully misleading. If you are tall this not chair is not for you. Warning the width of the seat is roughly 22 inches wide.

i told the man when he opened the box it was the wrong chair but he put it togethrr anyway and said to call walmart which i did i paid 343 dollars for the wrong chair this one is more for a teenager with a button to use to let it up and down looks like abtoy battery walmart said chair hadbto be disassembled and put in a box with a labke on it have tried at least 4 times to get it straight this has to be dobe before they will take it back for a refund i am 82 years old and worn out from trying you did give me credit for the insurance refund and it stops there have been a costumèr and all family trade with walmart we love the store and manager i go at least 3 times a week but no more on line stuff for me i learned my ok lesson sincerely alice ray

This is the most uncomfortable recliner i've ever sat in if you're getting it for heat, you might as well forget that cause you can't really feel it… SAVE your $$$$ I wish I could return this

Very unhappy with the process and delivery and the chair is about Two feet tall so I would like a refund to be honest

Cheaply made, parts missing and wrong adapter. Return was difficult.
