I am very pleased with this electric recliner as a major upgrade for my small apartment! Assembly is pretty easy, everything slides and/or zips together. BE SURE TO REMOVE THE BLACK STRIPS OF FABRIC COVERING THE VELCRO! I read review complaining about the arm rests not staying put.. they absolutely do as long as you remove the felt fabric from Velcro 😃
Honestly I don't have a single complaint with this chair. Very easy to put together, works perfectly, and the material is good quality and matches my corduroy couch perfectly. It's a very good size for smaller homes. I wasn't expecting it to be so plush, so that was a great surprise. I am planning to buy another, as my grandson loves it and keeps taking my seat!
Chair was on sale for $229.99 which I felt was a good deal. Free shipping via Fed Ex, which arrived in 48 hours of ordering. I was able to roll the box thru my front door. I assembled it myself within about 2 hours, no tools required. The chair is firm %26 comfortable, the electric controls are smooth and easy to use. The chair lays back almost flat with the foot rest. This chair can be placed pretty close to the wall, mine is about 6 inches away. I purchased the blue grey color, which looks just as pictured.
For me this chair was a breeze to put together ...but I was just the supervisor! LOL Daughter %26 Son-in-law put it together for me. They were able to do it rather quickly and without having any major issues. I absolutely love the fabric, the color and the size. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of 2 problems I have with the chair. My first issue would have to be fixed in the manufacturing process. Every part of the chair is fairly heavy on padding with the exception of the footrest. It is like you are resting your feet on a fabric covered piece of bare wood with absolutely no padding whatsoever. My 2nd issue I believe is because of the way the pieces were packed away in the box. The back piece was folded in half from side to side and when unfolded and put together there is a big vertical hump that hits me straight down the middle of my back. Very uncomfortable, hoping my Son-in-law is correct that it will straighten out or someone can tell me how to fix it. If it weren't for these 2 things this purchase would definitely have 5 stars.
I gave this chair 4 stars instead of five. It took a couple of weeks, but , I finally got used to the chair. When I first got it, it was very uncomfortable, but I finally figured out that you must adjust the back and seat cushions to fit your body. But overall, it’s a great value for an electric recliner. I have arthritis so I needed an electric chair, good chair for the money.
Product was great but not for many as it is very small and the indents hurt when you are trying to rest. They dig into body parts of mine and leave a person with much pain. TRY a larger one for comfort and connivence you will be extremely satisfied then.
Very comfortable and love the soft corduroy. Beautiful retro (70's) green color. Back then the color was called avocado green. Took 2 people a very long time to assemble, and we found it to be difficult. Not too big. I'm a petite senior lady. Perfect for my size and my small living room. Bought the matching loveseat too. I've been using it about 2 weeks. Hope it holds up for a while. The USB port is a big plus. Recommend so far.
Pictures are very deceiving. It’s only big enough to barely fit a small person. I’m a petite female and just fit right in the middle with no space left on either side. The back cushion is secured with a zipper that came backwards so I can’t attach it. I needed the chair asap because I’m postpartum and didn’t have time for returns or exchanges so I guess I’ll have to fix it on my own (the zipper is plastic so I can’t switch the pull I’ll have to replace it). Other than that it is a good looking chair and does the job.
When it was shipped they had folded the back in half and when opened up it left a thick cylindrical over padded foam or something going all the way from the top to the bottom of the back of the chair like something that would go right up your spine I figured it was because of the way they folded it so I laid a heavy toolbox on it for several days to try to get it to fan out but it's not working after 3 days I took the toolbox off and it bounced right back to the way it was.. it is extremely uncomfortable and extremely unsightly and extremely irritating please do not waste your money on this chair I'm sure they will eliminate this review from their site
Hard to assemble; held together only with zippers %26 Velcro; power button too small %26 badly located; arms flatten out and after being used awhile looks cheap and out of shape. Even at the price it is not a good buy. Am glad I sent the other one back. The best thing I can say is that it provides something to sit on.
