I received my order. I ordered two and only got one. Messaged the company and they were very prompt with their response. They said they were out of stock and would ship one when they came in. Fast forward a few days and they asked if I wanted a refund or to wait. They refunded my money. Excellent customer service.

Great option to make an electric outlet easier to reach and provides multiple plug options.

Only one item. Should have been 2

I bought this item because the price was great for 2 items. However, only one item was received in a badly crushed package with more tape around it than necessary. The one item was intact. I wrote a message to the vendor which Walmart forwarded for me with a notice. I asked for a refund of half the price. Walmart indicated that I would hear from the vendor within 48 hrs. I never received a response.

Only received one power socket expander.

i only received 1 of my products and not the 2 i paid for. i requested a refund for the missing one and was told they are not returnable. i am not returning it, it was not in the package with the other one..

discription said it was a 2 pack but i only received 1

Didn't receive... very disappointing

This was too top-heavy and wasn't flush with the wall. It kept falling over to the side too.
