I cannot explain how much fun we've had with this fort construction set! From the moment we opened the box, it was nonstop creativity :). This set is super easy to build, the pieces snap together without much effort, it comes a page with examples of forts you can build and the structures actually stay up. You can also buy more sets and keep exploring how to build bigger forts. It comes with glow in the dark stickers what my daughter loved. Our weekends now are super fun :)

This is a fun toy for my kids of various ages ranging from 2-11. The older kids set it up on their own following the instructions included in the box. We didn't get to test the glow in the dark feature but the kids are already planning a movie night in a fort soon. We got a second set to build an even larger structure to accommodate all the kids and their stuffies. This is a great activity to have on hand for rainy gloomy days or the cold harsh winter months. We may even set it up outside this summer without blankets to allow for air flow.

We absolutely love our fort building kit! We have built the most amazing structures and it's endless fun. The pieces are sturdy and good quality, and support the weight of blankets. You can make many different spaces with it plus it glows in the night. Very cool, interesting, imaginative and fun!

My boys love building forts %26 pillows and blankets were just not cutting it! This is far superior to the average fort bc not only can we choose the design or shape we want, it's sturdy enough to hold the blankets up over it, %26%26 it lights up! Def a win win for me!

Fun %26 sturdy! Holds blankets on top (w/ clips my husband used) to make the perfect fort! :) It reminds me of a retro building toy, but with modifications to make it way better and bigger than it was long ago! The building set is very creative, and you can make a fort out of one kit! Really, you could make just about any sort of simple, angular structure with this awesome building toy. Not only is their science involved in construction, but it's a great way for older kids to experience the usefulness of engineering skills, which include math as well as science. I think it would be very cool to show older kids how planning and taking measurements measures with the construction (especially strength and flexibility) of a structure. For younger kids, this kit is a blast, too. It's a great parent-child activity to show little ones how to build basic structures. Their creativity can go wild, and they may make more creative designs with smaller building toys as well once they see what parents can help them make with this big kit! If there is a 'downside', it's that, like any building kit for kids, it's not going to hold up well to roughhousing. But treating it with regular play and respect, it is going to last a long time and be the talk of the neighbors' kids when they come over to play, too! :) This would be an awesome activity for: --Sleepovers --Science enrichment classes --Creative play --Cooperative play (between children, or parent and child, or a whole family, even!) --Introducing planning skills to young children --Fun 'competitions' for the most zany structures, or sturdiest, or tallest!

This is a really cool toy and perfect for kids that love to build. There are plenty of sticks and balls in the package to build big masterpieces. The colors are bright and also glow in the dark! It was difficult for my 6 year old to build on his own, we really had to use strength to get the sticks to stay into the balls and be strong enough to climb in and out of. We had fun building and playing and it's a great family toy.

The idea for this product is great, but the company could improve how it's made. The product doesn't have enough strength to stay up, in our experience it break apart easily. Also, the size makes it hard for children to get in and out, which can make playtime feel a bit limited.
