Does exactly what it says on the box. You plug a little magnetic adapter into the Portal's charging port, set it on the station, and it charges. No fumbling with cables, no thinking required. It just works. This is the pinnacle of what a charging station should aspire to be: completely unremarkable in the best possible way. Stand: It stands. The Portal sits in it at a reasonable angle and doesn't fall over. I have no further commentary on the stand. It has fully exhausted its potential as a conversation topic. Angle: Fine. Good, even. You could look at the screen while it charges if you wanted to, though I'm not sure why you would. It's charging. Let it rest. iPhone: I need to address this because Walmart's review system is absolutely convinced I purchased a phone. I did not. This is a charging station for a PlayStation Portal. It cannot make calls. It cannot send texts. It does not run iOS. If you buy this expecting an iPhone, you will have the worst phone experience of your entire life. Zero bars, permanently. I gave it 1 star in the "Phone" category because that was the lowest option available, and frankly even that feels generous. Full Charge: Yes, it does that. That is its one job and it performs it admirably. The bar fills up. The Portal is ready to go. Science. If you own a PlayStation Portal and you're tired of plugging in a cable like some kind of caveman, this thing is five bucks worth of convenience. Magnets are involved. I'm satisfied.

It charges the portal in a timely manner. The LED lights are nice. They give us a nice atmosphere in the background. It's a great place to store your portal while it's being charged.

My Nephew was saving hard earned cash to get this. It is NECESSARY to buy the PlayStation brand for them to work well. YOU spend a fortune on gaming devices, protect them with THIS charging unit. NO BETTER.

Disconnects more than it should; however, I have no regrets. Screen is great. Buttons/joysticks are just like a regular controller.

The thing is, I got the package and the seals were broken. I opened it. The stuff was in there. I'm just hoping that it does work and I'm not sending it back right now because it is a gift for my grandson hoping that it works so I won't have to try to find another one for him in the future. They should check to make sure that the seals are not broken on the box when you ship them out.

The charger piece is broken and does not work. Have to buy another one.
