PowerA Wired Controller for Nintendo Switch - Donkey Kong

Amazing and cool control. Works perfectly with the supplied cable. Would be nice if it was cordless but otherwise than that, it is an amazing controller.

Was looking for a controller that would work on multiple platforms. This controller being corded worked right away on PC, the kids are enjoying multiplayer games with it.

This controller is excellent for what it is. No it doesn't have motion controls and no it isn't wireless but it IS a good controller. The buttons and joysticks are solid and the controller is very comfortable. The cable is USB and it's about 6ft long so plenty of length. Not to mention the Zelda gold and black theme is on point. I highly recommend this if you're looking for a good handheld controller and don't mind the non-motion and non-wireless part. P.S. BOTW is easier to play with this.

My teenage daughter requested this specific controller for her birthday. It arrived neatly packaged in the usual licensed Nintendo Switch packaging design. Great for gift-giving! I think it's neat that it's a different Super Mario character, Bowser, on the controller, (besides the typical Mario designs. He's everywhere!) I think the price of the controller is a bit more due to the licensed printing of the Nintendo character. I could have purchased a plain one, but my daughter insisted on this character. Also, it's good to tell our controllers apart from each other's. So far, the buttons work well. We are a family of 5 who use 2 Nintendo Switches daily and our other controllers only lasted about 2 years, before buttons started to stick, or stop working. One of our Nintendo Switches had "Joy Con drift" again, so we decided to utilize a handheld controller more often. Although, I've noticed that my daughter switches over to using the Joy Cons occasionally if the game calls for it. I think some games need motion control, sort of like the older Wii system, that won't work with this wired controller. I purchased a different controller a couple of months ago, so I could play my Animal Crossing New Horizons, and I have no issues with any wired controller at all. They just don't have that "rumble" feeling during certain parts of the game. Which is understandable, and not necessarily needed. In my opinion, the price that I paid was right for what it is.

It's a great controller and you never have to worry about charging it. If you don't mind the wire it's a great option for its price.

Though the box was dented the product looked brand new and worked beautifully once docked to the switch. They were at a great price too so it was well worth it

This is a great Nintendo Switch controller. It works great. It has a 10 foot cord so it has good reach when playing games. All you have to do is plug it in and play.

I got the black PowerA Wired Controller for my Switch and it's been solid. It feels good in your hands, buttons are responsive, and the cable is long enough to play from the couch. It doesn't have rumble or motion controls, but for the price, I really don't mind. Perfect as a backup or for casual gaming without spending a ton.

It started disconnecting while playing. There is an issue with the cable causing disconnections. It has only been two months of sporadic use.
