This controller is a great deal, I've played many hours of Zelda and Mario Kart with it. The performance is great for a wired controller without latency, and I see no reason to spend a lot more money on a wireless controller. Smooth joystick and buttons, and the price is great!
i bought this for mainly Splatoon 3, but i liked how good it was so i am now using it for Luigis Mansion 2 and i love it!! i love the button placement and the colors, it is perfect.
I use it on the Dock and the Cable is 2 meters!!! Long that's so good my bedroom isn't even Two meters wide so it's perfect for me and my Nintendo Switch that i have bought so it's so perfect for me!!
This is one of my favorite switch controllers when it comes to comfortably of the grip. I just wish they gave it better thumbsticks, as this controller is prone to stick drift, albeit not near as bad as the joy-cons as is manageable with alcohol and a blower
Taking this controller out of the box and playing with the controls. It felt super cheap with a cheap plastic sound. After hooking up and playing on my system. It turns out this controller works fantastic and has become my new favorite controller. It is bare bones, no special rumbles or gyroscopes or anything fancy. Just a plain old school controller. So it might not work with every game, but to date I have not had any issues with it on my library. VERY happy, will buy another!!
Pros - Feels great in hand very lightweight - Nice lonnnnggggg cable, cable disconnects from controller - Beautiful design - Price - good hard plastic Cons - Not Wireless - No rumble feature This is really the bargain end of the the Switch Controllers and more for collectors, i bought this mario one to go with my Mario Odyssey Switch i purchased for Christmas they look amazing together. Also gives a really nostalgic and retro feel to playing with wired controls, if you play mario kart with these you will surely feel like a kid again. For any serious gamers i would not recommend these go with the Pro control but any Nintendo Collectors or casual gamers/parents with kids DEFINITELY should purchase TWO of these guys. I currently have Donkey Kang and Murio
Super cute controller! The kids loved the Mario graphics (they are used to the plain controller!)! It is a bit lightweight, which can be good or bad. Kids can fling it about but it feels somewhat cheap. We are also sadly missing the ruble features. It does have a neat input for headphone jack that we use often. It is wired (which is sometimes good, because we forget to charge the wireless sometimes!) but the wire is long and we can easily play on our game room couch with no issues.
i bought 4 controllers, the two that work are great. Two do not hold a charge. Emailed about the broken controllers still havnt gotten a response. If you like to gamble, this might be for you lol
Got this for my son for Xmas. He used it one day and it stopped working. Could not charge it. Customer service was not very sympathetic.
The design and everything was great, but unfortunately, the controller didn't connect. I tried a few times, but unfortunately the controller did not work.
