It's a good product and even better when it's on sale for less than a dollar. I recommend you stock up when the pricing point is less than a dollar. Regular price is a bit much. Maybe get the Great Value brand at that point.

I have diabetes and had since I was 11 and when I get dehydrated, that's the only thing I like it taste so good at fruit punch especially when you get real cold and put it up in the freezer for a little bit. It taste so good and helps my body so much.

it works good a definitely gives me the electrolytes i need. it taste so good even with it being zero i barely notice im not a fan of there weirdly shaped bottles tho

i would never consume a "sports drink" to hydrate when they're boosted with tons of sodium. We all know salt dehydrates the body. Water only hydrates the body. Common sense. But for those of us who wish to cut down on sugar and salt in drinks, this is an ideal alternative.
