Powerade lemon lime taste great, is one of my favorite flavors. It helps when you're dehydrated or you just need to quince your thirst.

Flavor and benefits
It is a sports drink designed to replenish electrolytes and lost carbohydrates when sweating helps to replace four lost vital electrolytes with sweat sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium contains vitamins, B,6 and B12 to support my metabolism, energy and reduce fatigue. I love both its benefits and its flavor.

better than gatorade
Powerade, in general, and the lemon lime in specific, are the greatest boons to dehydrated individuals since...well...water. Lemon Lime Powerade has a better electrolyte balance and better taste than the same flavor of Gatorade, though it IS slightly higher in sodium. The extra sodium is more than made up for by the presence of the B vitamins and the large amount of potassium present. The 20 oz bottles are far superior to the 32 ounce bottles both in terms of form factor (they fit nicely in my kayak's cockpit cooler) and in terms of amount. I can drink one conveniently without feeling bloated, even in the middle of an exercise session...something I can't say of the 32 ounce size. The 8 packs are also cheaper per ounce than the individual 32 ounce versions. The only thing that would make this product better would be if MY LOCAL STORE COULD KEEP IT IN STOCK.

I love drinking Powerade whenever I'm out playing I always carry some with me when we go out or camping the taste it really good very affordable and lots of flavors to pick from

Lemon lime is the best!
Personally lemon lime is the best tasting and has the best ingredients while helping me keep up my performance both inside and outside of school helping keep my mind occupied so I work more effectively.
