I couldn't rate the workout. I only have one leg so I don't workout. However when we had those humid days the electrolytes seemed to make me feel better than the soda I also had, The taste was awesome as well. Definitely buying it again. Can't show what it looks like; Walmart's site won't let me anymore. Who knows maybe there will be a fix. It's a big see-though bottle with a purple liquid. Try it.

At this point, Powerade Zero is less of a beverage and more of a medical supply in my house. 😂 The grape flavor is easily one of my favorites. It's refreshing, tastes good cold, and doesn't have the overly sweet aftertaste that some sports drinks can have. The zero sugar option is a huge plus, and the extra electrolytes help on days when my POTS decides to make life interesting. The 28 oz bottle is also a great size because it actually feels like you're making progress on hydration instead of taking three sips and needing another bottle. You'll find these in my car, next to my bed, in my appointment bag, and probably hidden in the back of the fridge for emergencies. My family has learned that stealing Mom's grape Powerade may be hazardous to their health. 🤣 Good flavor, great hydration, and a staple in my daily routine. Bonus: Opening an ice cold grape Powerade during a bad POTS flare feels like finding an extra life in a video game. 💜⚡🥤😂**

I like the sodium in this. I am supposed to be on a high salt diet due to vasovagal syncope. I do not always remember to take my salt pills, so this really helps me get my salt in. The flavor is good with no aftertaste. Some of the other flavors cause heartburn, but this one does not cause it, so it is my go-to drink. It makes me feel more hydrated than just water. I only drink this and water.

drink one, tastes so good that you have to have another. very thirst satisfying. low price makes thus an great buy and excellent value. powerade says on the bottle that this drink contains 50% more electrolytes that the leading sports drink. buy and drink up!

As all items have gone up in price, these have also gone up however they are the large sized bottles. The grape taste wonderful and I could drink them all day long. You just have to mix and match the flavors to find which ones you like the best. I always buy them when they are on sale for a dollar each.

My favorite flavor! They're always in my refrigerator. Nothing like a cold grape POWERADE Zero. It's definitely a strong grape flavor and some might find it to be bit sweet. Perhaps a dash of water might lessen the strong taste.

Good value. Taste is good, I prefer grape flavor. I'm using it to help with my chemotherapy side effects. It isn't as upsetting to my stomach as the name brands.

It's not low for the price or product but for Walmart. I can only order 12 of these now Low priced bottles of zero Powerade. Grape water. Then they have cancelled me every time I order 12 more within a day. So upsetting. This is my favorite water that I really enjoy the taste. Walmart I'm a member and would like to order more of this water when it's on sale. Not being told it's sold out as soon as I plan my day after telling me it's been available all day. Then told it's a partial pickup. Then cancelled. Obviously I placed the order early. So upsetting
