Powerbeats Pro Totally Wireless Earphones with Apple H1 Headphone Chip - Ivory

This type of earbud that has multiple different tips for different size ears as well as the over the ear piece is great for my son because a lot of times even even the different size tips don't fit inside his ears just exactly right so having the over the earpiece makes it so so much better!! Definitely would recommend this product for those that have difficulty finding earbuds that fit the ear!!

Beats are expensive but the microphone works really well and even in windy conditions I can be heard quite well. My old ones went through the washer three times. I could still hear really well but the microphone got damaged. check your pockets before doing laundry! 😊

I do not think these are real. The quality is not the same as the four other pairs I’ve had. (I have lost a couple and my dog chewed up a couple). The button on the left side does not work.

They have been really good but have to give it a 2 star now as we have not had them 6 months and the left earbud won’t work or charge anymore. These should last longer than that as we have had ones before for over 5 years and have just bought new upgraded styles.

These earbuds struggle with connecting to my phone. Sometimes I can try everything and they will not connect or if they connect I can’t hear anything. Sound is also not great moves between ears and cannot get them to work correctly. I had a previous pair of beats that had the cord connecting them to each other and they worked great. These wireless are just not the same quality. Very disappointed in them

I purchased this item online a few days ago during the Black Friday period, trusting Walmart and looking forward to the deal. However, although I received an email confirming delivery, I never actually received the item. After multiple emails and calls, the seller responded, attributing the issue to FedEx’s inability to deliver the package. While they eventually issued a refund, the experience was highly frustrating. Not only did I spend considerable time following up, but I also missed out on other Black Friday deals from different sellers while waiting for this item. Overall, the process was disappointing and stressful.

they keep unpairing and I bought the extended warranty but it's not in effect until a year after purchase, turns out I didn't buy them from Walmart I bought them from a seller and I have requested several times a receipt because the receipt Walmart provides is not adequate for AppleCare so I can't even use the factory warranty it's ridiculous

new and worked for one hour than told me there was update that literally never finished until the case and headphones both died then when it died when I charged it than it no longer detective the right side unless it was in the case and then it didn't even charge on the right side

I ordered them through walmart and they never came. I have talked to customer service and they said there was a third party who they sold for and who delivered them. My order said I had to sign for them. this way I know I have them. I didn't sign any paperwork for them, and I didn't ask for a refund for a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. January 30 and still no credit. I did not buy them from a third party; I bought them from WALMART. Nothing but running around to discuss, and you have to almost sigh your life away in order to talk to a person.

The product seemed great until 3 weeks later when the right ear microphone stopped working. People said it sounded like I was in a tunnel far away. I’m going to try and get an exchange. The crazy thing is I rarely used them as I was also testing a set of AirPods I purchased from Walmart as well. If there is an issue, I will report it to the BBB and inform all not to purchase from Walmart third party sellers. I purchased this product because of the quality sound and bass it has compared to the newer version. The sale price was appealing. If it would have worked as planned I would have purchased one for family and friends. Let’s see where we go from here.
