I was a complete noob to power blocks and then I bought a set and fell completely in love with them within a month. I had bought the stage two which I would've bought at Walmart, but it was not available. I did end up getting this stage three from them. All of them were very well packed a word for those unfamiliar, though the USA version of these dumbbells have two key differences that I know of the add on weight release switch on the USA version is in the center of the top and the USA version. The weight plates are perfectly square. This is not the case on the EXP‘s made outside of the country, which is what these fit they are not interchangeable
