This is a great company to buy from and work with!! They were very responsive to my questions and helpful with videos to help answer questions. This scooter is very good! This is easy to open and close, seat is very comfortable, and quality made. This MobiFree is great for transporting in the car or when traveling on a plane. You can actually take it to the plane door, fold it up and they will store it for you! Battery is easy to remove and to charge.!! The weight allows an older person to be able to lift it into the car. (I actually put it in the back seat and seat belt it in! It does not take up much space.!!) Also it can be put in the back trunk area and still have room for luggage. YES! I will buy from them again. I ordered an extra battery and that was shipped right away also. Delivery was excellent and on time! I had a much older Mobie Plus but this MobiFree is 10 lbs lighter, easier to fold/ unfold, and with a more comfortable seat!!! For people looking for a scooter, be sure you look at the measurements from deck to seat and seat to tiller. For people over 5' 6" this is good. There are so many out there that are small and only good for short people, and tall people will have their knees at your chin! I have researched scooters for many years and need to use them. With the Solax scooters I have had people try to buy mine and rent mine! People are impressed with how well the Solax units work.
