Corners ropes to hold the net didn't last more than a month. Waiting for seller response

Junk. No customer service.
I had the product less than 3 months and the base snapped into 2 pieces. The break wasnt from bending but rather it was a clean break. It is very cheaply made and is difficult to setup. I have tried to reach out to their customer service several times and have not heard back. I will not buy anything from this company again.

This is advertised as a PowerNet brand goal, but it clearly is not. It is branded Ancheer. Buyer beware.
