it was missing an emblem on the engine, and the manufacturer can't seem to be able to send me a replacement. The missing emblem does not affect the functionality of the mower.

I REALLY LIKE THE MOWER. IT WORKS GREAT. EASY TO START. THE ONLY DRAW BACK IS IT KIND OF HARD TO PUSH , BUT MY GRASS IS THICK. I PROBABLY WILL RAISE THE DECK LEVEL AND THAT WILL MAKE IT EASIER TO MANAGE. I AM A PETITE WOMAN. I ALSO LIKE THE BAG TO GATHER THE TRIMMINGS. 😊

This mower arrived quickly, and required no assembly. All we had to do was cut the ties and lift up the handle. It is lightweight so it is easy to push even though it is not self propelled, It mulches well. We are pleased with this mower,

Going from self-propelled to manual. older people like myself would be better off investing in self propelled.

I just used it for the first time today. Assembly around primer fell off as well as the piece that holds up the side discharge

Purchased lawnmower through the mail and thought it was a self powered one and it wasn't so I went to return it and couldn't return it without the box which obviously you're not gonna have the box still because you assembled it and you figured it's gonna work and they would not refund my money it's a joke
