i want to like this product. however though the wrench that was sent was too big. it's missing a nut and bolt for the snow thrower. so it won't stay on. and I haven't finished putting it together. The rating may go lower.

THE SNOWTHROWER WAS previously DAMAGED.
I bought this snow blower under the impression it was a good price and perfect for my driveway being brand new from store, WRONG! WHEN IT ARRIVED IN THE BOX, I FOLLOWED INSTRUCTIONS AND AFTER PUTTING IN FRESH OIL AND GAS IT WOULD NOT START. I TOOK IT TO A SMALL ENGIN REPARE STORE AND WAS TOLD AND SHOWN THE SNOWTHROWER WAS previously DAMAGED BY A PREVIOUS OWNER WHO PUT GAS IN IT BUT NO OIL RESULTING IN IT BEING DAMAGED. I WAS FURIOUS AND TOOK IT BACK TO MY WALMART store in Woodstock Illinois AND SENT IT BACK!

Poor Customer Service
took very long time to receive item with no communication from Walmart and the private seller, numerous emails to both Walmart and seller asking where product was were never answered. When product finally arrived could see product was compromised by oil leaking out of the box. Product picked up next day and returned by FedEx
