PowerSmart 24-inch 80V Cordless Snow Blower,2-Stage with Battery and Charger

As a resident in the lower Hudson Valley, we just experienced the blizzard of 2026. A very wet %26 heavy snow was a challenge at first for my Power Smart snowblower. The storm began as a mixture of rain and snow in the evening of Feb. 22nd. By midnight there was 6 inches of very wet snow. While attempting to get ahead of the storm, my power smart snowblower had difficulty. I would go 2 feet %26 it would stall. My initial reaction was disappointing, to say the least. The next morning however, the Power Smart snowblower was much more effective at removing the 12 inches of snow even though it wore down the 80V battery in about 30 minutes. This was an unsual storm and Im confident that my new snowblower will handle the snow fall in the future. For the price, I recommend this machine.

Outstanding snow blowers. We bought electric snow blowers for our two kids. It's wonderful that they don't have to shuffle any longer. The service was superb. Super fast delivery from Chicago plus free shipping. The batteries are charged super fast. And the whole machine is super easy to handle.

fast delivery easy assembly. snowblower looks great and very easy to operate. love that it came with charger and battery. whisper quiet and great for those early morning clearing. best thing is you won't disturb your neighbors. light is very bright. purchased an extra battery but have not needed it yet. great for our Minnesota winters.

LED lamp is not working hoping seller can just send me the defective part. This item is heavy to carryback to the store.

Beautiful and solid looking snowblower. However, The charger did not charge and the battery was solid dead. I had my son check with a multi-meter. Have not used yet. They are sending both charger and new battery under warranty....hopefully soon and before the next snow. I will update to higher rating when it works.

there is something wrong with this unit. It does not work properly and when i contacted your customer service about the unit not working i was told that if was not returned in two days ,you would not take it back. So it appears that the law suite will probably be a class action law event because with this policy i am shure there are others with the same storie . The unit and your company deserves a minus 1 for service and i will no longer puchase from you .Iwasnt my 700.$ back!

I need to return this item it does not work ,the auger does not work,when the auger finally start it goes so slow that when I start trying to use it,it just stops !!!

No curved washers for upper handle at all! Missing a nut for chute post! Honor your product and send 4 MISSING CURVED WASHERS AND A NUT FOR CHUTE POST!!

The low rating doesn't reflect the satisfaction with the machine itself. The safety key was broken when received so I can't turn the machine on. Numerous emails and warranty requests have gone unanswered. I've called the customer "service" line repeatably but no one answers.

This was a complete waste of $600. It has never worked, and I have been fighting with the seller for months. First I sent pictures. Then I sent videos (which for some reason, they never got the first time). Then they told me they figured out what was wrong, and wanted me to fix it! I am not a repair person. Finally, I asked for my money back. They won't give me my money back until they get the snowblower back, but I have no way to package it. I asked if they would send me the replacement first so I would have packing materials, but they won't. So I'm stuck with a snowblower that doesn't work, and I'm out $600. Never again will I buy a large item from Walmart. I'm done!
