Fairly easy to assemble, all parts were there, put oil and gas in it and started right up, nice heavy-duty blower for the money. Only complaint: the directions could be a little larger and more detailed. I needed my cheaters and a magnifying glass to see the images
Shipping took longer than I would like. Ordered it on a Monday night. They instantly created a shipping label so I couldn't make any changes. They eventually shipped it on Friday and it showed up Saturday morning. So if you buy one, make sure you're aware of that. It threw me into a roller coaster, as I found out the main seller account is based off in China. Made me think that the snow blower was going to ship from China; that also gave me the fear of having to pay tariff. So I contacted them to cancel my order but later found out that the shipping label was created in Illinois. So I told them I'd keep it. But as time a couple days went by with no update on shipping, I contacted them to just cancel it again. They said they'd intercept the snowblower once it's in transit, but before I knew it.. it showed up. So I just decided to keep it. Assembly was easy. Took me maybe 30 minutes to put everything together. Took a couple pulls to get the first start going. Electric start works awesome too. Unfortunately the choke level came broken. It still works as is but would like to replace that. Ideally, I'd give it a 3.5 but it is what it is. Could've been impatient but the product itself is how they described it. Have yet to try it out since we haven't had a snow fall since last week.
Must be an older model not as described in item description mine does not have infinite drive as described has individual gears notches thought was regular head light it takes batteries used a couple of times didn't blow or drive rite had adjusted at a shop used again twice was better then 2 nd time didn't throw snow good and intermittent on drive would like to have it replaced I am not very happy or impressed with it if I could get a phone number or contact if I could get it replaced at my local store that would be awsome
the product shipped was a 26in snow blower but with the wrong engine from the specifications listed (states it has a 252cc engine but actually has a 212cc engine). the shift rod does not fit into the bracket properly so i have a 140 lb paper weight for an upcoming snow storm.
Went together easy, started perfectly. That is where it ended. went to engage auger and squealing heard from case and would not throw snow. No way was i taking it to a shop for repair. Had to drain gas and transport back to a store. Do not buy this product. Picture is when i got it back to the store and they made me wheel it inside.
worked great for about five uses. then it completely shut down and now has zero compression. contacted company through the walmart site to try and use the 2 year warranty. I got no answer and ended up shoveling my large driveway instead. will not be buying this brand again.
Item came damaged - fully dented and lever broken. Argued with Walmart on the phone about getting it picked up to return (not an item that would fit in my car). They said they couldn't do anything about it and to dispute the charge with my bank if I wanted a refund. The item itself might have worked well if it hadn't come damaged but Walmarts customer service was horrible.
Snow blower the first time I bought this it did a very good job on my driveway the snow was less than 5 inch I use a snowblower today it did not do a very good job the snow was more than 5 inch the snowblower can not blow 5 inches or more. totally disappointed
It took a week to ship. The seller put a delivery exception, delaying delivery by a day before it was finally delivered. The snow blower shows signs of being used. Scratches on the hood, oil on the dipstick and the casing of the snow ejector chute is broken around the gear. I didn't notice until I got to installing the snow chute, and adding oil.
arrived damaged and broken. Missing parts. Customer support was horrible! Delivered days past original delivery date! Can't even use it yet because waiting for replacement parts to get delivered. I will never purchase from this seller or this brand again. Cheap plastic parts used. Front of snow blower was bent in during shipping. Fedex just left it in my front yard instead of putting it on my porch!
