With all the negative reviews, I was worried. But this is a great unit. When I first setup, I got the feared on/off issue. But I decided to add a little more oil and whala, the unit ran great for hours. I've used it many times now, with no issue. Im happy with this purchase.

Power washer works fine, after I had a small engine guy look at it. The oil sensor was malfunctioning, which was a five minute fix from him. This was obviously not a new machine as advertised, as it had some gouges on the detergent tank and oil left over in the reservoir, but I’m happy with its performance now that it’s actually running as it should be.

Good home-use pressure washer, absolutely horrible customer service from Amerisun. The first time I used the machine, the cover to the exhaust muffler assembly became unwelded from itself. Yes, the weld broke and the cover fell off. After three days of emailing Amerisun, speaking with Ashley, we were absolutely nowhere near getting the machine fixed. The last straw was being told that the part was backordered with NO estimated time of restock. We packed up the machine, completed the return online with Walmart and took it to Walmart. The return went very smooth. Walmart always shows up for their customers!! Thank you, WM!

Bad Product and no manufacturer support. delivered on May 29 2025. Not sure if it was used as there were oil stains on the inside of box. Assembly was easy enough. throttle is very tight and the slightest presure to move it causes the throttle to bend down. Started right up and worked well for abou 90 mins. On July 17 I attempted to start it and after many attempts it started and worked for a couple of minutes and then cut out. this happened several times over the next couple of hours. Called Powersmart , spoke with a young woman who offered to send me the manual which i had. tried to explain the problem and asked to speak to service department and she explained they are a small company and she couldn't connect me. Said she would give them my info. I then sent them an email via their website. Explained everything including the tight throttle lever. More than 2 weeks and haven't heard a word. on the same day i called Walmart customer service and they were very helpful, they offered a refund and shipping label but i would have to find a carton big enough, drain the gas and oil, pack it and get it to ups. I decided to clean out the carberator and that worked. But who knows for how long? I also loosened the throttle lever bolt and that seems to move a bit easier. Had my last power washer for 20 years I don,t expect this one to last a couple!

Started first pull and worked great for an hour. Tried again 3 days later and would not start. Save you back and buy something else. I am going to get a Honda engine...life is too short for these terrible engines that will not start. Going back to the store shortly.

Attempt to return a week or so and I contacted the seller! After waiting more than 48hrs, no response! Wm Assoc said they would help if the vendor did not! Attempted to contact the seller and wm but fruitless! Had been moving a lot of my business to wm (banking, cards, etc ) but not able to return the power washer, I have changed my mind and future big items, I will use Amazon!

i put oil and gas in it, hooked hose to it and bled off air, opened gas and choked it and put it on rabbit, pulled it about 10 times and it started to start and made a clink and backfired and stopped. now it will hardly pull over its so tight like a bearing locked up

The high-pressure hose fail about 45 minutes into use. When I tried to get a replacement, all I got was a runaround. It’s been four weeks since my purchase and no one has contacted me to satisfy my replacement. Very poor customer service from the supplier, only telling me to contact Walmart.

Issues like motor keep cutting off . Not to much but a few times up on a ladder was enough. The third day it just didn't turn over to start. I had to go to Lowe's home improvement to buy a nice craftsman with same PSI and that had better power pressure and much better luck. I so would really appreciate my money back as the power washer I bought from here is still in my shed waiting for me to return it.

used this pressure washer for the first time a couple days ago. did ok for about 30 minutes then kept shutting off after a few minutes. a.small.amount of gas appeared on the concrete underneath it. started back up each time but would run awhile then sputter and shut off again. ran a.littlw better if tank was totally full,but still continues to shut off. I had an issue with customer service due to slight cosmetic damage during shipping. took two emails and three phone calls to get someone to help me with that. finally after several days, finally got someone to do something. I receive no response from them, and had to call them back three times . I haven't called about this current issue yet.
