Great pressure washer and great price. Shipped fast, came assembled with only the handle and wheels to complete. Very easy to put together and get going on pressure washing tasks at hand. I was up and running in about 15 minutes. Comes with multiple jets for several types of jobs and you can switch between them easily. We use it for cleaning equipment, washing off the driveway and other cleanup tasks. Very impressive product at the right price point. Strongly recommend it.

With all the negative reviews, I was worried. But this is a great unit. When I first setup, I got the feared on/off issue. But I decided to add a little more oil and whala, the unit ran great for hours. I've used it many times now, with no issue. Im happy with this purchase.

Good home-use pressure washer, absolutely horrible customer service from Amerisun. The first time I used the machine, the cover to the exhaust muffler assembly became unwelded from itself. Yes, the weld broke and the cover fell off. After three days of emailing Amerisun, speaking with Ashley, we were absolutely nowhere near getting the machine fixed. The last straw was being told that the part was backordered with NO estimated time of restock. We packed up the machine, completed the return online with Walmart and took it to Walmart. The return went very smooth. Walmart always shows up for their customers!! Thank you, WM!

Ordered this for Father’s Day shipping was fast however the front of soap container came scratched up. After we got it together however he put oil and fuel in and was ready to go used it for 5 minutes and the wand wouldn’t shut off.

Complete garbage!! First one I got ran great for 2 hours pump was strong boom stalked out never started again. Figured I got a bad machine exchanged it 2nd one us delivered with no hardware, tire stem cap missing , soap tank all banged up box has oil stains tape looked suspect. Clearly an already returned machine repackaged and delivered. That was the last shot with me power smart almost had it right. I’ve been powerwashing for 16 years and thought I found a good deal should’ve known better. Garbage !

When I opened this item there was an oil stain on the inner cardboard packing. As I lifted off the top I could see the carburetor cover was not attached correctly. On further inspection the bolt coming out of the carburetor was skewed to one side badly. I want to return this item and can’t find directions to do so. Not a happy camper!

Unboxed to find that I had been sent a used or returned product. Oil from previous person spilled out in the box and parts were damaged.

Attempt to return a week or so and I contacted the seller! After waiting more than 48hrs, no response! Wm Assoc said they would help if the vendor did not! Attempted to contact the seller and wm but fruitless! Had been moving a lot of my business to wm (banking, cards, etc ) but not able to return the power washer, I have changed my mind and future big items, I will use Amazon!

This product sucked. Used only once, for 10 mins and the pressure hose busted. Do not recommend

I never received this for Christmas and I would please like to get a refund on this and the warranty please ASAP
