This has to be the best shower head I've purchased. I seriously didn't want to get out of the shower today. I was in heaven, and the water pressure is full force. It felt like a full body massage. Thank you!

Like that it has 5-function shower head and hand shower dial that you can turn the dial lever to select the water pattern for each shower: Rain, Massage, Mist, Eco Rain or Pause settings.

Great showerhead, setting number 5 is the best, you'll be glad you did~ Its a nice strong mist that feels wonderful, come in from a hot day and you look forward to stepping into that mist, so refreshing~All the setting are good but this one is the best ever and I've had a variety of spray heads, wish that same spray was on the hand device too, but last night after coming in from taking my dog on his late evening walk I jumped into the shower and it was like heaven~Unbelieveable price for such a good product, I almost skipped it due to the price because I wanted a good shower head, I had one that was here when I moved in two years ago and never liked it~ So Thankful to find this great product~ Hope it works out well for you too~ PS, my dog doesn't like it, jump in any dirty piece of water the lake river stream pond but a bath its like torture for the boy~

I was really unsure with the price point on this product how well it was actually going to work.. but.... This shower combo is amazing I couldnt br happier.. My only one issue it was not the PowerSpa brand listed I recieved.. It was the HotelSpa brand which has lower reviews.. Either way I am happy with the product!!

Don't let the price of this deter you. For a plastic shower head this works beautifully! It is not cheaply made and the parts are very durable. I put this up in 5 minutes with no tools at all. You can turn on one head r both at the same time, plus it extends, plus you can adjust the pulse on both. It's awesome. I'm so happy with my purchase!

Much to say about this shower head. Is it heavy duty plastic? No way. It needs to be handled gently, but overall the quality is good. Amazing how much pressure comes out through this. I am not opening up the faucets nearly as much as I did with the old hand held shower. And yes, I always remove the water restricters. Great variety of spray patterns. You can go from a gentle mist to a pretty good back beating setting. When my neck and shoulders get tight with tension, this setting does a pretty good job at soothing all that. There is a valve you can twist on the left side of the stationary shower head that allows you to choose both shower heads at the same time, or only one at a time. Is it heavy duty plastic? No. A gentle hand is required or you will break it. Can you get a good grip with your fingers? Again no. Patience is required at first, but the valve will turn more easily after a bit of use. No problem. It is a top, middle, bottom rotation turn that sends water to the shower heads. I have paid $60 and more for hand held shower heads. I was never as happy with them as I am with this one. You can have such a great shower with all of the spray patterns this offers you. Each shower head has 5 different spray patterns so you can really mix and match and make yourself happy. I am still playing with the combinations. Caution: I am 5'9 and can reach that little valve for the shower heads with no trouble. For those of you who may be a little shorter, you may want to consider that before purchasing. For me, I feel I got tremendous value for $20. I have never enjoyed a shower like this before. If you can overlook the fact of it not being heavy duty plastic ( I think the quality is pretty good, made in China what do you want?) and the little issue with that water diverting valve not having the best grip for your fingers or being able to reach that during your shower, you are going to love this!! If minor issues with design irk you, don't buy this!

When the package arrived, I dreaded the installation. I took off the old shower head and bada bada bing! Everything seems to be so difficult for me these days. This was the easiest job I have done in a long time. Not all the pieces are metal. Everything needed for the installation was in the box and the instructions were good.

The lever to change to the different aspects from just shower head, to just spray shower, etc. is "extremely" hard and difficult to maneuver. Almost impossible for me. I cannot spend more money to not only purchase a new apparatus but would have to pay once again for maintenance to switch to a new one. That expense is more costly than a replacement. I'm stuck.

We just received the box from FedEx today, opened it and right off the top it looks used with water spots and dirty and the grooves on the shower head already looked worn in. Also the plastic neck that is plated chrome was already chipped. I wanted to return in, but my husband convinced me otherwise. I will update review once he installs it because i think its going to leak.

When I saw exactly how small the Heads were on the shower and hose. Plus theresheads were on the shower and hose. Plus theres no pressure Coming from the from the hose itself. I wouldI wouldve like to send them back, Yet there was no return postage in the box. I had to use one for an elderly man to be able to take a shower. The other is just simply not useful in my home.
